Secondary Containment Mech-Chem can design, engineer and construct secondary containment for tanks and piping systems. This includes double-wall pipes and tanks. Mech-Chem also provides design, engineering and construction of secondary containment systems for tank trucks involved in the unloading of raw materials, and the loading of waste acids and chemical solutions.

Secondary containment is monitored for spills using an unique combination of level detecting and measuring the pH of the liquid in the containment dike with an alarm system.
